All products that meet the return conditions are sent within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the cargo;

If the product is different from the information given on the product page, damaged or missing, you can return it with the contracted cargo company without paying any shipping fee. Returns that you send with a different cargo company with buyer payment will not be accepted.

Products that have been used and whose packaging has been damaged will not be accepted. When making a return for orders invoiced on behalf of the company, a return invoice must be issued by the company. Shipments for which a return invoice has not been issued will not be received.

Special production products and Underwear category are also not acceptable.

If there are a small number of broken parts (up to a maximum of 5 parts) in the product you receive, spare parts are supplied if you take the video and photo of the broken parts in a single frame and send them through the Support line – info@aseelgrup.com by specifying the order number and the name of the broken part.

Cargo with damage to the packaging must be returned by keeping a report with the cargo officer before it is received.

Your product will be checked within 10 working days after it reaches our company and your refund will be made if it complies with the return conditions.

Warranty Conditions

The product you purchased is under the guarantee of the company and in case of malfunction of the product in the future, you need to contact the brand of the product directly. You must keep the Warranty Certificate and invoice. The warranty certificate is on the box in some products and in the box in some products. In case of loss of the warranty certificate, the relevant brand will not send an additional warranty certificate. You can obtain the lost invoice from our company by e-mail or by contacting customer service by phone. If the product you receive is defective on the first use, you must contact the customer service of the brand of the product you purchased, learn the nearest authorized service information and send it back to us with the “SERVICE RETURN / CHANGE REPORT” to be issued by the brand’s service  . Otherwise, the cargo will not be accepted and the product will be sent back to you. Product shipments must be made with contracted cargo.
